[Case Study] Dust Monitoring Using Light! Air Particle Monitor

Don't overlook abnormalities! Protect quality!

This is an example of dust monitoring in an unmanned room where dry grinding is being conducted. [Challenges Faced] - We want to detect dust caused by equipment abnormalities early. - We do not know when abnormalities will occur. - We want to be able to notice abnormalities even when in a separate room. Solved with an air particle monitor + indicator light! For more details, please refer to the related link URL.

[Case Study] Monitoring Dust Concentration in Workspaces

Solving issues in work environment measurement! Improving the work environment through real-time monitoring.

In a case study at a chemical raw material factory for pigments, we monitored the dust concentration in the workspaces that became problematic based on the results of the work environment measurements. <Challenges Before Implementation> 1) The dust concentration in the workspaces separated by curtains was deemed problematic during the work environment measurements, and countermeasures were required. 2) The particle counter requires on-site measurements each time, which imposes constraints on the measurement frequency and makes real-time monitoring difficult.
